Pam - I'm sorry to hear about your difficulty opening the bottles. POM Wonderful Pomegranate Juice is manufactured to very high standards and the bottles are fully sealed during the manufacturing process with a “normal” amount of torque. From what you described, this is not the case with some of the bottles you purchased.

Please contact our customer service at: customerservice@pomwonderful.com to explain the difficulty and we'll be happy to issue you some free coupons to replace the bottles you weren't able to enjoy.

All the best
Andrea

I read an excerpt of your book in US Airways' in-flight magazine and then I bought your book and read it cover to cover. I'm now educated about the amazing health benefits of pomegranate juice and I bought a dozen bottles of POM Wonderful. There's just one problem. I can't open the bottles. Today I tried three different bottles and used a rubber gripper to try to get them open. No luck and no juice, just a blood blister on my finger that I iced down to make it feel better. Any hints on how to open the bottles? I would drink more if I could get to the Wonderful juice.

Thanks,
Pam Howell
